Our Guarantee Policy

At Konkito.com, your complete satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, if you are not thrilled with the purchase you made from our online store, simply notify us and return your item within 30 days from your delivery date. We will be happy to provide you with a full refund – no questions asked.

How are refunds calculated?

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:
  1. Item(s) has to be in its original condition and has to be returned within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.
  2. If you do receive an item(s) that has been damaged during delivery or that was sent to you in error, you have 7 days from the delivery date to notify us for a full refund or replacement. Failing to do so may result in a partial refund only.
  3. If your return is the result of our error(wrong item(s), damaged item(s),...) shipping costs associated with your return will be refunded to you.

Please note that you must notify us before returning items so we can provide you with the proper return instructions. If you do not notify us ahead of time, you will be assessed a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the cost of the item(s).

If you wish to return an item that has been shipped to you, please complete the Return Authorization Form in order to receive a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
